How it works

Templates are designed to suit your needs, including pre-loaded tailored text messages, customisable landing page content and CTAs, all created in your company branding. Simply choose the template you want to send to your customer from the drop-down list in our user-friendly mobile app.
Our video templates are made to be intuitively easy for the customer to use; seamlessly embed links from the landing page to signpost customers to further information personalised to their interests.

Enter the name and contact details of the person you are sending your video to, then press record, using the innovate app features to create seamless video messages.
You can also choose to upload pre-recorded video messages. Once you’ve recorded your video, watch it back to make sure you’re happy with it. If not, simply record again!

Press send and your video message will be sent over Wifi or your mobile data network, or you can save and upload later. Once sent, your message will be received as a link in either a text and/or an email under your company name.
Receive a notification once the customer has opened the message, watched your video and responded to any questions. Our top-notch security measures prioritise your privacy, ensuring your video messages are safe and secure.
Use the Movin Technology Portal to access an overview of messages sent, categorised by user, type, date, property and recipient. Additionally, track message read status, view the number of times they have been read, and track feedback ratings and responses to CTAs.
